Return procedure

We process every order with the utmost attention. Nevertheless, it may be that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you have received a broken, damaged or incorrect product. Then it is at variousstorenl.com always possible to return. In principle, this is an approval period of 14 days after receipt of the order.

 For a good and fast handling it is important that the products are returned correctly packaged. So preferably keep the packaging in which the product was sent to you. Make sure that old shipping labels are properly taped or removed. A solid overpack is even better. 
 Exchanging or returning can be done in two ways:

How do I report my return?

  • Send us a message stating that you wish to cancel and which order number it concerns

  • Download the return form here

  • Fill it out completely and enclose it with the product to be returned, along with the original purchase invoice, in a sufficiently stamped box. Our return address can be found on the return form. 

Bringing your purchase back to our location

Of course you can also bring the product to us in person or exchange it. Please contact us to make an appointment. We are only open by appointment! 

Return conditions

Article unwanted and undamaged?

  • Your article will be refunded if it is returned within the trial period of 14 days.

  • Please pack the product(s) correctly and securely. Preferably in the same packaging in which the purchase was shipped, and possibly a sturdy and neat overpack.

  • The return package will only be fully reimbursed if it is still in exactly the same condition, if possible with a form with order number. If the returned product contains traces of use that were not present at the time, or if the product is damaged when it reaches us, we may only refund part of the price.

  • If you return the order in its entirety under the above conditions, the full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded to your account.

  • Returns are at your own risk. For the direct return costs you as a customer are also responsible.

  • A possible refund will usually take place within 5 days after the returned product has arrived back at our premises.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used to make the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.

Unfortunately defective, damaged or wrongly delivered?

  • We would like to ask you to report a defect / damaged or wrongly delivered item in advance, by phone, email or WhatsApp with an explanation and photos.

  • If it is possible to solve a problem with parts, we will send them as soon as possible. We will contact you about this.

  • If a replacement item is to be sent, you will receive additional return information from us by email. In this case you will be reimbursed by us for the postage costs of the return shipment. If you first send us the defective/wrongly delivered item with the shipping label and a form with your order number, we will send the replacement item back to you upon receipt.

  • Please pack the product(s) correctly. This means: in the same packaging in which you received the product, and preferably with a solid and neat overpack.

  • We will of course do our utmost at all times to prevent this kind of imperfection.

  • A possible refund will usually take place within 5 working days after receipt of the returned product.

  • For the refund the same payment method will be used as with which the purchase was made, unless you agree to an alter payment method.
