Order


I did not receive a confirmation email. What can I do?
It is possible that your mail has accidentally ended up in the spam inbox. It is advisable to check it first. Is the e-mail address you entered when purchasing correct? 
You can always send an email to our customer service via webshop@variousstorenl.com. We will then send you the confirmation again. 

How can I follow my order?
You will always receive a track and trace code after shipping to follow the status of your shipment. 

Payment

Which payment methods can I use?
Because we deliver internationally, we work with many different payment methods. We accept iDeal, Credit card, Klarna (retrospective payment), Apple Pay, Paypal, Bancontact, Klarna Pay Now, prepayment, Sofort Banking, Klarna Pay in 3 parts, Giropay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net and EPS.

Do I get an invoice of my order?
We always send you an invoice. You will receive this invoice in your mailbox after placing your order. 

How come I have to pay VAT on one product and not on another?
According to Dutch VAT rules, VAT must only be paid on new products. Since we sell both new and second hand goods, the VAT is calculated per item. This is clearly specified on the invoice.


Discount

I have a unique discount code. How can I redeem it?
The variousstorenl.com discount code can be redeemed with your next order through our webshop. Enter the voucher code on the checkout page and the correct amount will immediately be passed on as a discount upon payment.
Your code is only valid once! Once used codes will not be reissued and are therefore not usable for a second time. 


Change/Cancel


What should I do if I have mistakenly given my address?
To make mistakes is human. Call us as soon as possible after placing your order. Then we can adjust it in our system. Once you have received a track & trace code, your order has been shipped and cannot be changed. 

Can I still adjust my order if I forgot to order something?
As long as you have not received a track & trace code, your package has not yet been sent. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can still adjust your order manually. 

What if I ordered the wrong product?
Call us as soon as possible after placing your order. Then we can still adjust your order manually. Once you have received a track & trace code, your order has been shipped and adjustment is no longer possible.  

How can I cancel my order?
Call us as soon as possible after placing your order. Then we can still cancel your order manually. Once you have received a track & trace code, your order has been shipped and it is no longer possible to adjust it. Of course you can return your product after receipt. You can find everything about returns here (LINK). 

How long do I have to wait for my payment to be refunded after a cancelled order?
When you have cancelled an order, variousstorenl.com will process the refund as soon as possible. For this, a maximum of 10 working days is allowed, but usually you will have received the amount back within a few days.


Shipping/Delivery


How are my items packed?
We at variousstorenl.com know that good packaging is half the battle. We are proud to say that we send more than 200 packages per year damage free. We therefore make every effort to send your purchase very solid and carefully packaged. The pictures below show the packing method of a Marantz 6270Q record player.  
How are the shipping costs calculated?
The careful packing of your order sometimes takes us quite some time. In general, variousstorenl.com spends between 20 and 30 minutes on a package. In addition, we have purchased special materials for a device to arrive at its destination without damage. Think of bubble wrap, strong boxes, flopak filling flakes, Fragil tape, and more. Therefore, on top of the standard shipping costs, 15 Euro extra is calculated for material and time. 

Through which carrier will my items be shipped?
That depends very much on the country you live in. For shipping variousstorenl.com has agreements with several parcel carriers, such as DHL, DPD, PostNL, Fedex, GLS and more. Per country, the rates for different carriers may vary significantly. In the mail that you receive from us with your track & trace code, you can see via which carrier your package will be sent. 

How long will my items take to arrive?
This is different for each country. The golden rule is that parcels within the EU take up to 14 days, and outside the EU up to 30 days. 
Packages outside the EU are shipped by variousstorenl.com via DHL Germany. These parcels are brought to a parcel collection point in Germany every Tuesday. That means if you place an order on Wednesday, it will not be delivered to DHL Germany until the following Tuesday.  

I doubt that the shipping costs shown are correct?
The weight of each item offered on this website is registered. When calculating the shipping price shown, several things play a role, such as the country to which the products are shipped. In addition, the dimensions and numbers of the purchased products and the size of the packaging. 
The paid shipping costs are checked afterwards. If they are in our favor, we will refund you the excess shipping costs. Conversely, we will pay the shortfall out of our own pocket. Subsequent calculations on the shipping costs are therefore only to your advantage! 

Why is it that I can only choose the option "on request" for shipping costs?
Your item is larger than the standard package size of 120 x 60 x 60cm. and/or heavier than 31.5 kg. For these products, the price is first requested from one of our carriers. This price quotation will be sent to you via e-mail, after which you have the option to pay the purchase or cancel the order. The product is temporarily reserved for you.  

I have not received a track and trace code. How do I track my package? 
Your mail may have ended up in the spam box. Did you check it? 
No mail received? Then please contact our customer service.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged? 
Package damage can never be 100% prevented. You may refuse parcels with visible damage on the outside. In that case the deliveryman will take the parcel back. If you do accept the parcel, please contact us as soon as possible with at least 3 different and qualitative photos of:  
  • The outside of the box with damage.
  • How the product is in the box including our padding materials. So take a picture of the product in the box immediately after opening.
  • Damage on the product.  
The more and clearer photos we receive, the easier we can resolve it for you. 

What if the parcel delivery driver was at my door, but I was not at home?
The parcel delivery driver left a message with the nearest service point where your parcel was taken. You have 7 days to collect your order. After this it will be returned to us. If we have to reship it to you, you will pay the shipping costs again.  

What if I am absent for an extended period of time at the time of delivery after placing an order? 
If you are not at home for an extended period at the time of delivery, you can choose a different delivery address with your order. Another possibility is to order the product, but not yet pay for it. As long as variousstorenl.com has not received your payment, we will not ship your order yet. You can also contact us to plan the delivery time. 


Returns

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Package damage can never be 100% prevented. You may refuse parcels with visible damage on the outside. In that case the deliveryman will take the parcel back. If you do accept the parcel, please contact us as soon as possible with at least 3 different and qualitative photos of:  
  • The outside of the box with damage.
  • How the product is in the box including our padding materials. So take a picture of the product in the box immediately after opening.
  • Damage on the product.
The more and clearer photos we receive, the easier we can resolve it for you.

Can items possibly be returned?
Products may, if they are not to your liking, of course be returned. This may be within 14 days after receipt of the order. Keep in mind that the product in the same state is sent back. 
If you have a complaint about your purchase, you can also give us a call or send us a message first. Maybe we can solve it differently.

Which costs will be reimbursed?
If the delivered product differs from the description, or there is a wrong product sent, it can be returned within 14 days from the day it was received by the customer. In this case we also pay the return costs incurred by the customer. 
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong product and want to return it, this is also possible, but the costs for this return will not be refunded and are therefore borne by the customer.

The article comes back damaged or in a different state than sent.
Is the article damaged, or otherwise, we will contact you to discuss the amount of the refund.  

Store

Is it possible to physically drop by?
Only to pick up your product after ordering and paying through the website. We do not have a physical showroom or listening room where you can listen to different products next to each other. Of course you can test your purchase when you pick it up. 
PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup date and time. This will prevent you from arriving at a time when we cannot welcome you.
