Offered is an RFT Emerald BG 20 Tube Tape Recorder.
The unit has been briefly tested for function, but is only partially working.
The machine turns on normally and plays nicely. Maybe some crackling when operating the switches, but the sound is surprisingly good.
Fast forward rewind works, only the brake needs adjustment. Now the tape is pulled too tight. Fast rewind doesn't work at all.
Due to described problems, this unit is sold expressly as is" as a restoration item or for parts.
