Proton Type 6 Tube Tape Recorder
Offered is a Proton Type 6 tube Tape Recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately only works partially.
The unit turns on normally, and playback functions, though hesitantly, or lacking in vitality. By the way, the sound is beautiful!
Fast forward also works without energy. Rewinding does not work at all.
This unit is already decades old and has probably not played for many years. Major (mechanical) maintenance will therefore definitely be necessary.
Sale follows therefore explicitly as is as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
Delivery includes both Permaton reels pictured.
