Arel 109 Tube Tape Recorder
Offered is a Arel 109 Tube Tape Recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately only functions partially. The unit turns on normally and the tube is lighting up.
Playback mechanically fine, but the sound is somewhat dull.
Fast forward and rewind do not function, and also the tape counter does not.
In addition to the above problems, the device is mechanically very noisy.
The tape recorder has not played for years. A logical consequence is that probably the drive belts have perished, but that's not checked.
Due to described problems, this unit will be explicitly sold as is" as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
