Toptone TRT-48 Portable Tape Recorder
Offered is a Toptone TRT-48 Portable Tape Recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately does not work.
Admittedly, the tape recorder goes on, and the speaker murmurs softly, but all mechanical functions such as playback, fast forward and rewind do not function.
This device is already decades old. It is therefore likely that the drive belts need to be replaced, but this has not been checked.
Due to described problems, this unit is expressly being sold “as is” as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
Delivery as shown, only tape recorder with the two reels shown without further accessories.
