Teac A-6300 – 4Track Auto-Reverse Tape Recorder
Offered is a 4 track Teac A-6300 Auto-Reverse Tape Recorder.
This machine has been tested fairly thoroughly. Of this test, 2 demo videos are available. One can be played below. The other can be found (as well as this one) on YouTube.
The device turns on normally. All the lights are on.
Fast forward and rewind function perfectly.
Playback also fine, both sides. Tape counter works.
Two points of attention:
- Unfortunately, the right VU-meter needle is bent. This does not always respond well to the signal to be displayed.
- When rewinding the smaller 18cm. tape, the brake on rewinding did not work optimally.
Due to described problems, the sale of this item follows explicitly as is as a restoration item!
Many photos document well the optical condition.
Delivery, only device without further accessories!
Both pictured reels and NAB adapters are therefore NOT included in the sale, but serve purely as decoration.
