Offered is a Sanyo Model M 2522EH portable cassettedeck.
Device was briefly tested with batteries for function, and works partially.
Playing is working fine. However, the sound is a bit dull.
Fast forward and rewind both do not function.
Tape counter works. Recording is untested.
This unit is decades old. Possibly, therefore, some drive belts need to be replaced, but this has not been checked.
Due to described problems, this unit is expressly being sold “as is” as a restoration item.
