Philips EL-3581 Dictaphone
Offered is a Philips EL-3581 dictaphone.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately does not work. The device turns on normally, but that is all.
All mechanical functions, such as playback and fast forward and rewind do not function. Also, the capstan shaft does not rotate.
This device is already decades old. Probably therefore the drive belts have perished, but I have not checked that.
Due to described problems, this unit will be sold explicitly as is" as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
Unit is still pretty complete, including leather case, microphone, foot pedal and an original cassette.
