Offered is a Philips EL-3534 tube Tape Recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately only works partially.
Machine turns on normally. The unit starts up normally and the tape counter light is on.
Fast forward works reasonably well. When using the rewind function, something mechanical rattles loudly on the inside of the unit, and that is all.
Playback works for only one or at most two seconds.
Due to described problems, this unit is sold explicitly as is" as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
