Offered is a Philips EL-3517 Tube Tape Recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately only works partially.
Device turns on normally and fast forward and playback work, but clearly too slow. Also, no sound is heard, only the speaker crackles.
Tube just lights up.
Fast rewind does not work.
Because of described problems, this unit is explicitly sold as is as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition.
