Philips EL-3516 Tube Tape Recorder – Number 2
Offered is a Philips EL-3516 Tube tape recorder.
The unit was briefly tested for function, but unfortunately does not work. The device does turn on, but that's all.
All mechanical functions do not work, and in addition, a loud "plop" is heard when both turning on and off.
This unit is already decades old and has probably not played for many years. Major (mechanical) maintenance will therefore definitely be necessary.
Sale follows therefore explicitly as is" as a restoration item or for parts.
Many pictures document well the optical condition. Bottom plate unfortunately broken.
