The unit still looks good on the outside. However, the back panel has been replaced with one from a different type of radio.
Radio briefly connected to power.
Speaker crackles when pressing buttons, but no antenna connected. Without antenna no radio reception.
Device comes from an estate and previous history is not known. Radio is therefore explicitly offered "as is" as restoration object for enthusiasts and tinkerers!
